2. Pigment properties
Shandong Caizhiyuan Pigment Technology: Quinacridone violet (C.I. pigment purple 19) is a dark blue-red pigment with bright color. It has excellent weather fastness, light fastness, organic solvent resistance and acid and Alkali resistance in paint coatings. In Plastic (Polyolefin) can be heat-resistant 300 degrees high temperature, can also be used for PVC, PS and other products coloring.
The violet light of Quinacridone is very similar to that of pigment red 88(tetrachloro-thionine pigment) , but it is more vivid than that of Quinacridone Violet. Quinacridone violet has good dispersibility and high hiding power when mixed with inorganic pigment ferric oxide red, the sun-resistance is higher than that of blend with titanium dioxide.
Although quinacridone pigments have small molecular weight and simple molecular structure, they have excellent heat resistance, solvent resistance and light resistance. It can be used in occasions requiring high light fastness and high weather fastness.

Mainly used in ink, paint, industrial coatings, automotive coatings, pigment printing, soft plastic products coloring.
