The tinting strength of phthalocyanine blue B is several times that of Hualan (Prussian blue) and more than 20 times that of ultramarine blue. Phthalocyanine blue B is stable to solvents under normal conditions, and its crystal form and shade change when stored in aromatic hydrocarbons; it is resistant to migration when plastic is colored, has excellent light fastness, and can withstand 200 ℃.
